Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. This role is essential for supporting client independence and improving their quality of life.

245D Home Support Specialists

Provide Individualized Home Supports (IHS), homemaking, respite care, and other community-based services to clients with disabilities, ensuring they receive tailored support in a comfortable setting.

Housing Stabilization Specialists

Assist clients in securing and maintaining stable housing, providing support for a successful transition and long-term stability.

Care Coordinators

Work directly with clients and their families to create personalized care plans, coordinate services, and monitor ongoing care to ensure the highest standards are met.
