3H Care serves clients across Minnesota, but employment opportunities vary by location, service needs, role requirements and current staffing. Send an inquiry and we can let you know whether there may be a relevant opportunity.
Do I need previous experience?
Requirements vary by role. Some positions may require specific experience, credentials or qualifications, while others may focus on the ability to complete required training and perform the role safely and reliably.
I want to care for someone I already know. Where should I start?

Will I need a background study or training?
Many direct-service roles have applicable background-study, orientation, training or competency requirements. Other positions may have different onboarding requirements. 3H Care will explain what applies to the specific role.
